• Review audit logs, hardware and management events, alerts, and ongoing tasks.
• Control the location indicator LEDs on managed devices.
• Perform power management tasks such as powering on, shutting down, or restarting devices remotely.
• Initiate diagnostic data collection to facilitate troubleshooting.
• Configure automatic problem notifications via Call Home functionality.
• Receive real-time event notifications directly on your mobile device.
